Well Madeline has been walking like crazy ever since my last post on here. She’s into everything!! She loves to explore new places especially if it’s outside! In fact we can’t keep her inside!! Here are a few pictures from the carnival at the rodeo and a few others that have been taken recently. She rode her first roller coaster at the carnival with her cousins!

February 3, 2009 Madeline gets her first haircut. Nanny Ali has a friend who comes to her house and cuts hair, so why not cut Madeline’s hair too? It was not so fun for her! Here are pictures!

Well I have to say that Madeline’s 1st birthday was a huge success! There were so many friends and family all here to celebrate her big day! Madeline was still not feeling her best, but made it through like a champ! We all truly appreciate everyone for coming to her party! For those of you that could not attend we were sorry that you couldn’t make it. Here are some pictures from the party. Enjoy!

Well this Thanksgiving was Madeline’s first and it was fabulous!! She ate Thanksgiving dinner at her great mother’s house (like always) and then later that day we went over to her Nanny and Uncle Mikey’s for a 2nd round of Thanksgiving. Daddy left after the first one to go hunting! Madeline was a trooper through both of these not wanting to miss anything while she was napping! She only took a 1 hour nap which is VERY unlikely for Madeline!

Friday we went shopping with Nennie, Gretchen and Ryan, Tonte, Clare, and cousin Bryce!! We had a blast and the kids were amazing!! You would never know that they were at the mall for 7 hours!! We are blessed, but also I know that Madeline and Ryan are trained shoppers since we take them on a regular basis!!!

Saturday Nana and Pawpaw are picking up Madeline on their way home from the camp to go on her very first sleep over with out mommy and daddy!! They are excited for 2 reasons: 1. They have never had her for a sleepover with out mommy and daddy and 2. They haven’t seen her in 9 days and they are dying!!!

Madeline celebrated her first halloween last night.  She was so good in her costume.  All the other times she wore it she didn’t keep it on long.  She was friendly to everyone and had so much fun, even though she was so hot!!  First up are pictures from Madeline’s first Halloween party.

Here are Madeline’s 9 month pictures.  They are too cute and you’ll see in one of the pictures Madeline is crawling!!  She decided 2 days before she turned 9 months that she would crawl and cut her first tooth!!  Last week was a big week for her!

Sorry everyone. There were technical difficulties!! Madeline is about to be 9 months old!! So already this video is outdated! She is trying really hard to crawl, but no success yet! Good for me! She is talking quite a bit for a baby. She says moma and bye bye constantly. She is starting to say dada and is studying how to say uh-oh. She can give kisses, thanks to her pawpaw, and she is practicing saying pawpaw. Madeline also loves talking on the phone and I have no idea where this came from.
